I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with the Cornerstone Church ATX's 4th of July Parade Rules and Regulations. I understand that any violation of these rules may result in denial of entry or participation in the current parade and may also disqualify from future parades and/or awards. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cornerstone Church ATX in its entirety, including but not limited to its board members, staff members, volunteers, and members, from any and all liability, regardless of cause. This includes, but is not limited to, claims, damages, lawsuits, costs, expenses, or attorney's fees arising out of participation in the parade. I also grant full permission to Cornerstone Church ATX to use any photographs or video recordings taken during the event. This includes the rights, title, and interest in such media, and any royalties, proceeds, or benefits derived from their use.
